PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a coil by which a loss of production due to change of member or changeover of article kind can be suppressed. SOLUTION: This device for manufacturing a coil comprises a supply part 23 for a wound body for supplying a wound body to a continuous hoop material, a winding part 24 for forming a coil by winding the wound body with a wire, a lead wire connection part 25 for forming a lead terminal for connection, a characteristic inspection part 27 coupled and connected with a characteristic inspection device 28 for inspecting the electric characteristic of a coil, and a control part 26 which feeds back to the winding part 24 the characteristic inspection value measured by the characteristic inspection part 27 and corrects automatically the number of windings.
