PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can realize a simple defect relieving and in which circuit scale is reduced, its manufacturing method, and a computer including the semiconductor device. SOLUTION: This device is a computer having plural semiconductor devices comprising respectively memory cell arrays 3-5 and a redundant circuit 15 relieving a defect in a memory cell array 7 in accordance with defective data of a supplied memory cell array, and formed on chips 1 being different one another, each semiconductor device comprises further a chip code output circuit 19 outputting a chip code for discriminating a chip 1 formed by an electronic beam exposure device, and the computer is characterized in that the computer is provided with a memory 25 storing previously the defective data corresponding to respective chip 1 and a CPU 23 supplying defective data corresponding to a chip from which a chip code is outputted to a read-out redundant circuit 15 from a memory 25 in accordance with a supplied chip code.
