PURPOSE: Provided is mushroom spawn culture medium composition with broiled gain included which includes broiled grain as nutrition component of mushroom spawn culture medium so that it promotes the growth of mushroom spawn remarkably. CONSTITUTION: The production process of mushroom spawn culture medium composition with broiled grain included comprises the steps of: (i) washing grain; (ii) drying the washed grain to lower the water content in the grain below 15%; (iii) roasting the dried grain; and (iv) adding water to the roasted grain to keep the water content in the roasted grain to be 60-70wt% of the entire dry weight.
