PREPARATION METHOD OF FEED ADDITIVES FOR FISH FARMING, USING INTERNAL ORGANS OF CUTTLEFISH

PURPOSE: Provided are a feed additive for fish farming using internal organs of a cuttlefish and its preparation method, thereby increasing its yield and preventing lowering of quality. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of feed additives for fish farming using internal organs of a cuttlefish is composed of the following steps of: (a) sterilizing various bacteria by heating internal organs of a cuttlefish at temperature of 80 deg.C for 10-15 minutes; (b) cooling them to the temperature of 35-40deg.C; (c) adding fermentation booster of 10 wt.% based on internal organs of a cuttlefish of 100 wt.%; (d) fermenting them at room temperature for 5-7 days by enzymatic activity; and (e) heating them at temperature of 80 deg.C for 10-15 minutes.
