PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing deck truck onto floor is provided, in which "on" lever and "off" lever are installed to be independent from each other, to thereby prevent noise and erroneous operation. CONSTITUTION: A coupling plate(1) has a hinge portion(1-2) and a stay tube(2) installed at the lower surface of the coupling plate, and an operating member(3) having a buffer spring(9) and "on/off" spring(10) incorporated into the operation member is inserted into the stay tube. An "off" lever(8) has a top portion installed to be rotatable through a pin(8-1) at the hinge portion. The stay tube has a guide groove formed along the outer periphery of the stay tube, and the intermediate portion of an "on" lever(7) is coupled in a rotatable manner to the operating member through a shaft(7-1). The rear end of the "on" lever is coupled, through a shaft pin(7-2), in a rotatable manner to the intermediate portion of the "off" lever. A height adjusting shaft(4) inserted into the operating member has a lower end roughly inserted into a through hole formed at a bottom fixing plate(5) and fastened by a nut(4-2), with a spring(6) and a washer interposed between the lower end of the height adjusting shaft and the nut.
