PURPOSE: A non-credit card system is provided to perform a transaction by calling client's information through recognition of a living body simply without using a magnetic band of a card and to perform a transaction without inputting a card number and an available period in an electronic commercial transaction. CONSTITUTION: A card company does not manufacture an actual object card and does not issue to clients, thus clients do not possess a card. A transaction is performed through a recognition of a living body without showing a card and inputting a card number and an available period. A fingerprint is scanned instead of a card. A card company is selected in advance and a client's resident registration number and ID are inputted before scanning a fingerprint for reducing a search time. Contents of living body recognition as a fingerprint are transmitted to the card company, and the client is identified and a transaction is approved.
