PURPOSE: A method for offering and intermediating a job hunter and a job offering company of an information technique field using the Internet is provided to search finding job information and job hunting information through a special web site for connecting a job hunter to a job offering company on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A user computer of a job hunter, a user computer of a job offering company, and a server computer of a mediating offering company are connected thereto on a network. A job hunter connects to a web site of the mediating offering company and inputs job hunting information. A job offering company connects to the web site of the mediating offering company and inputs job offering information. The job hunting information and the job offering information are classified and stored in a database. Information adapted to the job offering company out of the job hunting information is selected and transmitted to the user computer of a job offering company and displayed. The job offering company searches necessary information from the database and the information is displayed. The job hunter searches necessary information from the database and the information is displayed. Adoption related contents are transmitted to the opponent party computer and displayed.
