PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING HYGIENIC PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing hygienic product is provided to radiate far-infrared ray and to impart anti-bacterial effect to commercial hygienic device by comprising jade component together with coloring agent and unsaturated polyester resin. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises preparing a mixture of 25wt.% of unsaturated polyester resin, 30-69wt.% of jade, 5wt.% of coloring agent and 1-40wt.% of desired auxiliary component in a mixer; adding a small amount of de-foaming agent and curing agent into the mixer; pouring the combined mixture into a molding frame; separating the resultant material from the frame after completing the curing process then heating it in a heating chamber at desired temperature for 1 hour. The process preferably includes a coating step of the frame with the mixture in gel type spraying manner after removing residual wax and dirts from the frame then completely curing it. An example of the prepared hygienic product, a bath tub(10) holding water(16) is surface-treated by a coating material(12) in 0.5-1.5 cm thickness and has a body forming material(14).
