PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of protect a controller by preventing the temperature of the controller from rising without enhancing so much the capability of a cooling apparatus when there is a possibility of temporal cooling air rise. SOLUTION: Heat is transferred to a water tank located at the upper part of a cooling apparatus by providing a water route within a cooling block and then forming a heat siphon because of boiling within the water route only when the cooling air rises abnormally. Thereby, an abnormal rise of temperature can be covered without an increase in size of a heat sink and a blower and an increase of cost of cooling apparatus can also be controlled. |
