PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by preventing a printing error and to prevent the lowering of the processing efficiency of clerical work. SOLUTION: When next printing operation is inputted (Y in S1-12) after performing printing processing (S1-8) once, a printer is stopped and a warning is given (S1-16a) when it is judged that operation is changed from initialized one at the time of previous printing processing (Y in S1-13). When the setting of a printing condition by the previous user is maintained and a next user performs operation for printing processing and he does not confirm the setting, the printer is stopped, so that the printing error, if made when the setting is changed, is prevented in advance. Therefore, the wastage in cost is reduced, and the lowering of the processing efficiency of the clerical work is prevented. |
