PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data transmitting device capable of providing program information corresponding to each receiver's request by comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: The data transmitting device for transmitting data corresponding to a receiver's request through a prescribed transmission line is provided with a program library for storing plural programs, a sending part for sending the data from the top of the data to the receiver in accordance with the receiver's request, a discrimination means for discriminating whether the data requested from the receiver exist in the sending part, and a transfer means for transferring the program requested from the library to the sending part when the requested data do not exist in the sending part. |
