PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ETC system which can perform the safe and sure switching of devices even when a bus is locked due to the failure of one of both devices about a lane controller having a radio communication part where plural devices (communication control parts) are multiplexed and connected to the bus. SOLUTION: When a PCI bus 20 has a deadlock due to the failure of a primary communication control part 17, a monitoring part 13a supplies a control signal to the part 17 to separate electrically the part 17 from the bus 20. Then a system clear signal (SCLR) is transmitted to a 1st radio communication part 11a to forcibly reset the part 11a. When the part 11a is started, the part 13a instructs an ETC processing part 19 to use a secondary communication control part 18 via a data transmission part 41 to perform the switching between both control parts 17 and 18. |
