PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system by which a service with the utilization of the talent or the special ability of a volunteer is provided through the use of a free time, prescribed points are received in compensation for it and a service corresponding to the points is received. SOLUTION: A client 20 performs registration as a volunteer in a center 30. In this case, information concerning the special abilities, the qualifications and the faculties of the client is simultaneously registered. A person who wants the dispatch of the volunteer performs access to the center 30 via a line. When a registered person for a desired job exists, the dispatch of the volunteer is requested. A side receiving the various services pays the prescribed charge. The money reception is managed by the money reception managing part 344 of the center 30. The prescribed points are given to the volunteer. |
