PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus of a simple structure for stable and assured operation characteristics regardless of filling of a resin agent in a casing, where an apparatus main body and a circuit board on which a resistor element for adjusting operation characteristics of the apparatus main body is mounted are covered with a shield body, and the circuit board covered with the shield body is housed in a specified casing while the resin agent is filled between the casing and the shield body. SOLUTION: A spacer 6 is provided to keep a shield film 13 away from the resistor element 3 near or on the surface of the resistor element 3. The resistor element is kept away from the shield film so that no high frequency characteristics is affected, to prevent change in a resistance value (impedance) of the resistor element.
