PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment in which live line insertion and removal are performed and in which board fixing member attaching work using screws can be performed easily and a board does not come off while power supply is made. SOLUTION: A turning lever 36 is attached to a partition plate 34, and a knock pin 38 which slides in an interlocking way with the lever 36 is also held by the plate 34. The lever 36 can check a board fixing bracket 42 of a board 32 inserted into a housing unit 30 and, when the lever 36 checks the bracket 42, the lever 36 slides the knock pin 38 downward by pushing on end of the pin 38. A power switch 62 installed to the other end of the pin 38 is turned on in an interlocking way with the sliding down motion of the pin 38. When the bracket 42 is released from the checked state by turning the lever 36, the downward sliding motion of the pin 38 is stopped and, conversely, the pin 38 is slid upward by a spring 60 and the power switch 62 is turned off.
