PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head capable of stabilizing the output temperature characteristics of a semiconductor magnetic resistance element, and improving productivity. SOLUTION: This semiconductor substrate 11 is provided with first and second semiconductor magnetic resistance elements 18 and 19 which react to the change of magnetic strength, first and second semiconductor devices 20 and 21 which hardly react to the change of magnetic strength, and element electrodes (electrode parts) 22, 23, 24, and 25 for constituting a bridge circuit 28 constituting two sets of resistances in which the first semiconductor magnetic resistance element 18 and the second semiconductor magnetic resistance element 19 are formed so as to be respectively faced to the first semiconductor device 20 and the second semiconductor device 21.
