PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-module which can fully display skeleton type functions without inserting an insulator. SOLUTION: The thermo-module is of a skeleton type having a plurality of p-type semiconductor elements and a plurality of n-type semiconductor elements which are alternately disposed and electrically connected in series with electrodes. At least, the electrode connecting one-side end faces of the p- and n-type semiconductor elements comprises a conductive part connected at one side to the p- and n-type semiconductor elements and an insulation part mounted on the other end of the conductive part.
