PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for a grain boundary insulation type ceramic semiconductor capacitor containing a glass frit not containing a Pb component (except unavoidable impurities), and to provide a grain boundary insulation type ceramic semiconductor capacitor having counter electrodes including good solder wettability to a solder containing a Pb component (except unavoidable impurities). SOLUTION: The conductive paste comprises a conductive power, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. In this case, the frit contains a B component, an Si component and a Bi component but does not contain the Pb component (except unavoidable impurities). An oxide of the Bi component represented by a Bi2O3 of 38.0 to 99.9 wt.% is contained in the frit with respect to the frit of 100 wt.%.
