PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at downsizing of a connector for water-proofing between a couple of housings. SOLUTION: A mounting concave part 15 on which a seal member 40 is mounted is installed at a fitting end face 10A of a male housing 10. An adhesion part 45, which is mounted on a circumferential face of a prism part 16 surrounding a male terminal metal fitting 13, is installed at a sealing member 40. A lattice-shaped press fit groove 46 is installed at each space between the adhesion part 45 and a frame-shaped press fit groove 47 is formed between the adhesion part 45 and the mounting concave 15. On a fitting end face 20A of a female housing 20, a frame-shaped rib 32 and a lattice-shaped rib 33 partitioning space between cavities 23 inside are arranged protrudingly. Both of the ribs 32, 33 penetrate into both of the press fit grooves 46, 47 in company with fitting both of the housings 10, 20 and are stuck to the outer circumferential face of the adhesion part 45. The sealing member 40 is contained in a region of the fitting end face 20A of the female housing 20.
