PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system capable of performing the high speed recovery and automation of a computer work load. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a step for expressing the requirement of networking and a peripheral device related with a computer system, step for allowing the designation of a recovery instruction for a customer, step for processing the recovery instruction on a recovery site, and step for using a computer for reconstituting the computer system by processing the recovery processing and assigning resources on the recovery site. Preferably, the expression step is provided with a step for using a resource definition language for expressing the requirement of the computer system.
