Also, a deflection to be added to the compensation signal is corrected by a signal following up the operation output by the first response time constant. The compensation is allowed to respond only to the changed quantity of the operation output, and the size of the compensation signal is always made almost the same as that of the process quantity so that the phase of the process quantity can be compensated, and correctly controlled even when process gain fluctuation is generated.
