PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity electrophotographic planographic printing plate having satisfactory suitability to leaching in a silicate-free alkaline leaching solution of <=pH 12, having good electrophotographic characteristics and printing resistance and suitable for scanning exposure with laser light. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic planographic printing plate converted to a printing plate by wet-developing an electrostatic latent image formed by an electrophotographic system on the surface of an organic photoreceptor with a photoconductive layer on an electrically conductive substrate and leaching a non-image area, a mixture of polymers containing at least three monomers separately selected from the following groups a), b) and c) as constituent components is used as the resin material of the photoconductive layer. The group a) comprises radical polymerizable monomers each containing at least one aromatic ring or heteroaromatic ring, the group b) comprises radical polymerizable monomers each having a >=3C alkyl group or a continuous >=4C methylene skeleton and the group c) comprises radical polymerizable monomers each having a functional group which can be ionic-dissociated in the pKa range of 1.0-7.5.
