PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting device for sensitive materials which allows the easy removal of bearing members 60 of transporting rollers 70 near a liquid level even when the crystals of various kinds of processing liquids stick thereto and has excellent durability capable of using repeatly. SOLUTION: In order to form a transporting path by the transporting rollers 70 which are pivotally supported by the freely attachably and detachably disposed bearing members 60, each of the bearing members 60 is integrally formed from a pivotal supporting part 61 which pivotally supports a part 71 to be pivotally supported to the transporting roller 70, a cylindrical part 62 which is inserted into a hole part 51 of a base part 50, a collar part 63 which holds the cylindrical part 62 by the edge of the hole part, a detaining part 64 which is rotated by a prescribed angle after the holding and is held detained by the regulating part 52 of the hole part so as to be put into the detent state and a knob part 65 for turning at the prescribed angle.
