PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for master slave telephone system and communications equipment that waste no conventional home use telephone having been so far in use, when realizing a master slave telephone system while using the conventional home use telephone and can simply be adapted to the conventional home use telephone, without the need for a home use power supply. SOLUTION: The master slave telephone system adaptor is provided with an adaptor transmission section that transmits a voice signal outputted from a telephone main body as a radio wave via a terminal of the telephone main body, an adaptor reception section that receives a radio wave from processing slave set to demodulate it into a voice signal, a switch section that selects the connection of the transmission section and the reception section to a handset and the telephone body as connection opposite parties via the terminal of the telephone body, a switch control section that controls the selection of the switch section and an adaptor control switch controlling the switch control section.
