PURPOSE: A sun shading device by using elastic power and a method for assembling thereof are provided to make assembly of the rib and the framework easy, because the wire, which is used in assembling the rib and the framework, is unnecessary, and to improve the efficiency of production. CONSTITUTION: In the sun shading device by using elastic power and the method for assembling thereof, a framework(400), a flange portion(410) and a grip portion(420) are included. A supporter perforation hole(411) is formed on the center of the framework(400). The grip portion(420) is formed on the outer circumference of the framework(400) for moving it up and down. The flange portion(410) is formed on the upper portion of the framework(400). An elastic member installing space(415) is formed inside the flange portion(410). A rib inserting groove(412) is formed on the edge of the flange portion(410). The perforation holes(413) are formed on the both sides of the rib inserting groove(412). A screw uniting portion(414) is formed on the center of the elastic member installing space(415).
