PURPOSE: A method for preparing an oil-and-honey pastry coated with crashed pine nuts is provided to improve an oil-and-honey pastry, one of Korean traditional confectionary, thereby, one can take the active ingredients of pine nuts simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an oil-and-honey pastry coated with pine nuts comprises the steps of: (i) adding various additives such as refined rice wine, salt, sugar, ginger powder, and honey to flour, knead, and maturating for 4 hours; (ii) forming the prepared dough in forming molds; (iii) frying in 100deg.C unpolished rice oil; (iv) soaking in starch syrup for 15 seconds, and then taking out; and (v) coating with pine nuts crashed in proper sizes, 1-4mm.
