PURPOSE: A hands-free device having an interrupt generator is provided to connect a telephone number for which a driver wishes with a cellular phone by composing the interrupt generator and an end switch in the hands-free device instead of a send switch and an end switch of the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: An end switch(22) transmits an end signal instead of an end switch(12). An interrupt generator(21) transmits a transmission signal in a state in which a cover switch(14) is closed. A switch device(24) operates the interrupt generator(21). A connector(20) connects a hands-free(2) and a cellular phone(1), and one side of the connector(20) is composed as a jack. A transmission signal processing unit(26) connected with a microphone(25) is used instead of a transmission signal processing unit(6) of the cellular phone(1). A receipt signal processing unit(27) connected with a speaker(28) is used instead of a receipt signal processing unit(7) of the cellular phone(1).
