PURPOSE: A real stock offering system and method is provided to give stocks, which can be transacted in a real stock exchange market, to a purchaser in the case that accumulated payment amount is over a set value so that it can motivate a purchase desire. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing an Internet service site(S100), the user passing a member certification process(S101), the user subscribing for a member(S102), the service site storing personal data at a member management database(S104), the service site processing a real stock issue certification(S105), the service site storing the certification data at a stock management database(S106), the service site displaying a commodity list on a web page(S107), the user selecting commodities from the commodity list(S108), the user ordering a purchase on the selected commodities(S109), the user selecting a payment method(S112), the user inputting a credit card number in the case that the user selects a credit card payment method(S113,S114), the service site processing a credit card approval on the input credit card number(S115), the user remitting cash to a bank in the case that the user selects an online remittance(S116,S117), the service site determining if the accumulated payment amount is over a set value for enabling the user to receive stocks(S123), and the service site delivering the stocks and the purchased commodities to the user(S124,S125).
