PURPOSE: A book electronic commerce based on caller id system is provided to enable a purchaser to input only a product number at an ARS(Audio Response System) by using a mobile phone, and to check data of the purchaser or a purchase determination so that it can enhance a purchase convenience and speed. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of enabling a purchaser to make a call to an ARS by using a mobile phone, enabling the purchaser to input a product number according to a guide of the ARS, checking a sort or an amount of the product at an electronic commerce company, checking personal data of the purchaser by tracking the phone number of the purchaser, certificating the purchaser, requesting a certification process to a mobile carrier in the case that the certification process is impossible in the electronic commerce system and the ARS, and delivering the purchased commodity to the purchaser.
