PURPOSE: A method for preparing a colorful adzuki bean sherbet to add the colors, tastes, and aromas of the juices of various fruits to existing adzuki bean sherbets with a slush machine is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a colorful adzuki bean sherbet using a slush machine is characterized in preparing various fruit juices with a mixer respectively, mixing with water, making into slush with a slush machine, and then put boiled adzuki bean, condensed milk, jelly, syrup, the pieces of glutinous-rice cake, and powder of roast grain. And it is possible to substitute fruit juices with coffee in 10-11g per water 1000g.
