PURPOSE: A meter type standard quantity feeder having scales is provided to achieve a high quantitative accuracy, while feeding standard quantity clarifying agent through the use of a conveying screw. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a base frame(10);, a hopper(60) installed onto an upper frame(30) of the base frame; a main stirring machine(51) having both ends installed to be rotatable at both side walls of the hopper, and which has a plurality of stirring blades(51b) arranged along the outer periphery of a shaft(51s); a conveying screw(40) installed underneath the main stirring machine, and inserted to be rotatable at the side wall of the hopper, wherein the conveying screw discharges the stirred clarifying agent through an inlet port(82) formed at a supply path(80); a motor(M) for driving the conveying screw and the main stirring machine, and which is installed to the upper frame; a scale(LC) interposed between the base frame and the upper frame, so as to meter the weight of the hopper; and a controller(CT) for controlling rotating speed of the motor and the conveying screw, in such a manner that the actual amount of discharge and preset amount of discharge of clarifying agent are matched with each other.
