PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain design information on an optimum mobile communication system by calculating accurate call processing capacity information and to improve the optimum of a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: This method comprises a master operation execution stage in which it is judged whether or not the user of an approaching terminal requires master operation and the information of the master operation is matched and corrected after user authentication processing when the user of the terminal requires the master operation, but the master operation is not required, the input of data needed for analyzing operation is accepted, a reference information input stage in which when the authenticated user of the terminal results new operation, reference information based upon the call processing calculating capacity is inputted, a reference call processing capability information calculation stage in which the generation distribution, data input, and calculating function are carried out by trial and error types by call kinds after the reference information input stage, and a call processing capacity calculation stage in which the calculated generation distributions by call trial types by call kinds and the BHCA of the final call processing capacity of a processor are calculated and the results are outputted. |
