PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a picture into the picture of high quality without any lack of pixel. SOLUTION: The picture conversion processing method which geometrically converts an original picture, generates a converted picture and is provided with a block division step (step S105) dividing an area including the original picture into blocks constituted of plural pixels, a conversion processing step (step S108) which geometrically converts the pixels constituting the block and an adjustment coordinate calculation step (step S109) adjusting the number of not more than a decimal point in respective axis coordinates constituting the coordinate of the converted pixel obtained by geometrical conversion and calculating plural adjustment coordinates constituted of the respective axis coordinates only of integers, a picture conversion processor performing the method and an information recording medium storing a program for performing the method are arranged. |
