PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system for distributing decode key data with which enciphered contents data as music can be decoded among the portable terminals of a user answering a quiz. SOLUTION: The enciphered contents data are distributed to the user's hand by a CD-COM and the Internet. A distribution server 30 distributes an advertisement image from a sponsor together with the image of the quiz with a prize among an accessing portable telephone sets 100. The user of the telephone set 100 looks at the quiz image displayed after the advertisement image and inputs a quiz answer. The telephone set 100 transmits the answer data to the distribution server. The server 30 decides whether or not the answer is correct and the decode key data to the portable telephone set of the user when the answer is correct.
