PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of reducing power consumption in normal operation and lowering standby power. SOLUTION: This power supply circuit comprises a power supply drive 21 closing a power supply opening/closing part 18 when a starting signal receiving part 19 receives a starting signal, and a power supply stopping part 22 opening the power supply opening/closing part 18 when an operating signal receiving part 17 receives a stopping signal. It is thus possible to reduce standby power under standby condition.
