PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good appearance of an operating button part by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The operating apparatus is provided with operating buttons 31 to 36 for pushing and operating, and each switch element 12 in the rear is pushed and operated by each operating part 39 provided in a position outside of a center line of each button. Projections 31a are provided on the operating button 31 so as to project in the opposite direction of the operating parts 39 and to butt against an inner periphery surface of a piercing hole 42 of a cover 40. Thereby, the operating button 31 is regulated so as not to incline in the opposite direction of the operating parts 39. In the operating buttons 33, 34 wherein the operating parts 39 are mutually offset in the opposite directions, an engaging piece 33b is provided on the operating button 33, thereby both operating buttons 33, 34 are regulated so as not to incline mutually in the opposite directions.
