PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless equipment where a plurality of points of a cover is easily fixed with no screwing or soldering. SOLUTION: There are provided a board 1 for mounting a wireless part 2 which comprises, recessed parts 5 and 5 on one end side and a through hole 6 on the other end side; a cover 3 which covers the wireless part 2 on the board 1 and where, comprising engagement tabs 9 and 9 on one end side, the engagement tabs 9 and 9 engage with the recessed parts 5 and 5 of the board 1 so that one end side is fixed; and a single fixing screw 13 for fixing the other end side of the cover 3 to the other end side of the board 1.
