PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a speaker of extremely low-pitched sounds in a television stand. SOLUTION: Supporting walls 4, 4 and 5 for mounting a television 1 are projectingly provided on both sides of the front part and a rear part of a base plate 31 and the base plate and the supporting wall 5 at the rear part are respectively expanded at a horizontal center and curved in an almost circular-arcuate shape. The supporting wall 5 at the rear part is a hollow body and the speaker 7 is inclined to left or right to the horizontal center line L of the supporting wall 5, turned to the rear part and incorporated.
