PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability for earthing connection and safety of electronic equipment having a fixed section and a rotating section and to reduce the size of a rotating mechanism section and the whole equipment. SOLUTION: In this electronic equipment having a fixed section 25 and a rotating section 26, an earthing cable 37 from the rotating section 26 is physically connected to the fixed section 25. At the same time, a cable interference zone 38 formed by winding loosely the earthing cable 37 by a required number of turns is formed between the sections 25 and 26.
