PURPOSE: A remote medical diagnosis and treatment method and system is provided to enable a user to reduce time by choosing a doctor among a group of doctors classified according to a resident location and storing the diagnosis records at a database. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a server(S301), the server checking if the user is a charge member or a free member(S302), in the case of a free member, the user requesting a medical consultation(S303), the server selecting a group of doctors resident at a corresponding area(S304), the user choosing a doctor among the selected doctors(S305), the server transmitting a consulting request, transmitted via a bulletin board, to a terminal of the chosen doctor(S306), the server transmitting a video information , in relation with the consultation request, to the user(S307), the server also storing the consultation result, offered by the doctor, at a database and transmitting the consultation result to the user(S308,S309), in the case of a charged member, the user requesting a medical diagnosis and treatment(S310), the server checking if it is an initial diagnosis request or a repeated one(S311), the user requesting a face to face diagnosis reservation in the case of an initial diagnosis(S312), the user visiting the doctor and receiving the diagnosis(S313), the server offering a prescription and diagnosis result of the initial diagnosis to the doctor terminal in the case of a repeated diagnosis(S314), the server enabling the user to receive the diagnosis via an image bulletin board(S315), the server storing the diagnosis result and prescription at a database(S316) and the server transmitting the diagnosis result and prescription to the user terminal(S317).
