PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to achieve an improved heat transfer efficiency by increasing surface contact between the first fluid and the second fluid, while reducing manufacturing procedures and cost. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer plate which is corrugated for increasing heat transfer area has holes formed along upper and lower ends of the heat transfer plate, and is rolled a roll shape. Both ends of the plate, that is, a first fluid outlet(2-1) and a second fluid inlet(3), are attached to the immediately previous rolled heat transfer plate. A nonferrous metal or cement mortar having a melting point lower than that of the base metal fills the holes formed at the heat transfer plate so as to close both ends of the heat transfer plate in the lengthwise direction. Subsequently, sockets for a first fluid inlet(2) and outlet(2-1), and the second fluid inlet(3) and outlet(3-1) are fixed and melted.
