PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely provide contents. SOLUTION: A presentation device 2 transfers the name of contents to be presented to an ID allocation function part 42 to receive the allocation of ID. The function part 42 sends the contents ID to a broadcast function part 46 through a tag formation function part 45 to broadcast the contents from a broadcasting device 5. A receiver 10 extracts the contents ID from a received signal and transfers the ID to a verification function part 47. The function part 47 verifies whether the contents ID transferred from a receiving function part 53 is equal to the contents ID recorded in the function part 42 or not, and when the ID is equal, sends the user information of a receiver 10 stored in a receiver management function part 48 to a privacy guard function part 50. The function part 50 inspects a privacy guard article and transfers only the necessary information out of the user information provided from the function part 47 to the presentation function part 41 correspondingly to the inspected result.
