PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application program service system enabling a user to use an application program instantly when he/she desires to use the application program in addition in the case of having completely used the application program for the number of using times, whose number of using times is restricted. SOLUTION: When the application program whose number of using times is restricted becomes unusable, how many times to allow the user to use the application program is set and is connected and transmitted with user information to the computer of a merchandise providing company by a user information transmitting means. On the other hand, the computer of the merchandise providing company prepares a key which can be used by the number of set times and issues the key to the application program. The application program can be used by the number of using times set by a number of using times updating means based on the key. |
