PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor display device capable of displaying a picture which has clear and desired colors even when a speed at which organic compounds are degraded is influenced by environment. SOLUTION: Futures of this semiconductor display device are that pixels for display and pixels for sensor provided in a light emitting device have light emitting elements respectively and the pixels for sensor have diodes respectively and luminance of light emitting elements provided in pixels for display are controlled by the magnitude of currents flowing through the diodes.
