<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device, capable of preventing circuit forming toner from adhering to the non-image part of a photoreceptor or a ceramic green sheet, even if the toner is scattered. SOLUTION: An electrostatic latent image in circuit pattern shape is formed on the surface of the photoreceptor 1, and a circuit forming charge powder (circuit forming toner) 4a is stuck electrostatically to the electrostatic latent image. After the image by the circuit forming charge powder in the circuit pattern shape is transferred into the ceramic green sheet 10, it is fixed. A suction device 5 vacuum-sucking the toner 4a suspended between the developing device 4, and the photoreceptor 1 is provided near the device 4 supplying the toner 4a to the photoreceptor 1.</p> |
