PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure of an optoelectronic transducer device that has low manufacturing cost and simple manufacturing processes, its manufacturing method, and to provide a camera using the optoelectronic transducer device. SOLUTION: A wiring board 1 that is sued for the optoelectronic transducer device sets the member of a region facing a light receiving surface 8 of at least an optoelectronic transducer element 5 to light transmission property.
