THIN INDUCTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin inductor having a large inductance which is inexpensive and rigid and is mainly used for the power circuit of an electronic device, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a thin inductor includes a step for pinching a spiral coil between first and second iron oxide magnetic layers, a step for pressurizing the pinched body vertically and raising a temperature to a specified temperature, and a step for sintering the first and second iron oxide magnetic layers by discharge plasma in a high-temperature atmosphere while pressurizing the pinched body vertically.
