PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTC conductive composition possessed of a PTC effect that is kept stable and high in reproducibility even undergoing repetitive switching, and a PTC device formed of the same. SOLUTION: Conductive filler whose surface is treated with adhesive polyolefin and a coupling agent is used as PTC conductive composition, solder powder is attached to the surface of the PTC conductive composition, and then an electrode is formed thereon integrally by which the electrode is enhanced in adhesion to the PTC conductive composition, and thus a PTC device of stable characteristics can be obtained.
