The invention relates to an electrical induction heating installation meant for the heating of blocks-of-flats and generally for all the rooms requiring heating during the cold season as well as for the preparation and distribution of hot house water in dwellings and industrial enterprises. The electrical induction heating installation comprises an induction transformer (14) with a shortcircuited secondary winding made up of a spiral metal pipe (8) linked to a heater row (9) by means of some flanges (15) and a water circulating pump (16), an expansion vessel (18) which takes over the water dilatation as well as a signalling and protecting supply circuit which makes use of a thermometer with contacts mounted on the spiral metal pipe (8).
