PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer controlled display graphical interface unit and a method for tracking received documents and controlling the size of a cache for document preservation. SOLUTION: By providing a user with a simple means for viewing and changing the size of the cache of the received document and providing a simple GUI display graphical unit for enabling even the tracking of a series of the received documents or a series of other computer controlled events, the problem of cache size control is solved.
